These guys are great: Tom, Rick, and Edwin. They came through when I was in a tough spot. I was out of town and needed an oversized item moved while I wasn't there and they were able to accommodate, all while being very professional and transparent. The communication was the best part. Highly recommended.

Tom, Rick and Dallas were amazing. Such characters and very professional as well. They handled my king size furniture with such good care. I wasn’t able to disassemble the bed frame and they gladly did it for me and assembled it at my new place. Thank you so much again for your awesome help in moving. They definitely made this a stress-free move!

I recently bought a piano at a garage sale and did not have a plan to move it. I contacted several moving companies on the weekend and Colorado’s Best Movers LLC was the only company that responded in a timely manner. Tom and Rick were super flexible and showed up right on time. They were inquisitive and were prepared to move the piano (I could tell they had experience doing so). I also appreciated the speed in which they worked, while also taking great caution with the piano! I would highly recommend this company for any type of move - big or small! - Heidi

I used CBM 3 times now and each time is as flawless as the first, the professionalism that Tom shows me & my family is next to none we moved from cherry hills to castle rock and everything made it perfect I will always use Tom and his crew and refer him to my family and friends! Tom met with us several times before moving day, providing us with great service, materials and even a little moral support. Then he set us up with a fantastic crew. Rick, Angel and Dallas were awesome. Very careful, respectful, efficient and friendly. Would absolutely recommend Colorado’s Best Movers !!!

Best moving company for sure. I highly recommend them. They were very fast and put all my stuff where ever I needed it. They moved my 10x25 storage unit that was packed to the fullest into my new home in a lot less time than I expected. If or when I move again I will definitely be using them.

This is a very long detailed review but I feel it is necessary given what we have gone through with Colorado Best Movers, LLC and Tom Baca personally. Buyer beware! 1ST SEE POSTING BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON FEB 11, 2020 On February 11, 2020, BBB requested the company to substantiate or modify the following claim(s) found in the company’s advertising in accordance with the BBB Code of Advertising: A BBB review found that Colorado's Best Movers L.L.C. is not currently up to date with proper state and federal licensing to provide moving services. According to the rules set forth by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the U.S. Department of Transportation, all movers that engage in intrastate and/or interstate commerce or advertises services as a mover must have an active license to operate. As March 26, 2020, the business has not responded to BBB’s request for substantiation or modified the advertising. I have reported Colorado Best Movers LLC for resolution and they say they cannot locate this company. Not good at all! I have also filed a formal complaint through the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and am waiting for a reply. Every reputable business should follow the law including keeping their licenses through DORA up to date. We hired Colorado Best Movers LLC. and it was a big mistake which we are trying to resolve now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COLORADO BEST MOVERS LLC. Mr. Baca is in constant need of money with no control over his finances; he only provided a few invoices for all the moves he did for us . He is a fast, smooth talker. He asked me to loan him $500 for his wife's birthday which I refused to do. It took me some time to get the actual location of our storage as well as the lease agreements. Then I was told after seeing the lease agreements that I was getting a “great deal” since the rents were less than I was originally told. There is now a 4th unit which I know nothing about. Our storage was moved from different locations and without supporting documentation, we were probably charged for this as well. Mr. Baca talks very fast so beware, always needing money which we paid and I have the cancelled checks as proof. He did help me with a few personal issues as a friend and then throws it back in my face. Mr. Baca continues to say he is confused in emails and I know better. He now owes us 9,335.92 inclusive for which I have all the supporting documentation and he now says we stopped payment which is not true. He will not provide you with a detailed billing except at 1st although I have asked many times for all billings to support the monies, we have paid to Colorado Best Movers LLC. In total we have paid $22,515.70 and do not have support for many of these payments from Tom Baca although we have asked for this many times. Do not sign any contracts, I signed a few and I know contract law very well. We now have to fight to get back the monies owed us. I have asked for either a cashier check or cash to be delivered to my husband Harry Adams at his work before March 27th. I have hired another moving company and am preparing a specific power of attorney so they can get our items out of storage. Supposedly, there is a 4th unit for which Mr. Baca has not provided me the information. He offers a 10% discount for senior and the military as advertised on his website. To make matters even worse, The owner Tom Baca bought a car from my husband for $3,500 and the check bounced, he stopped payment since there were no funds available. He now has the Mercury and title and we have not been paid. We will pursue whatever legal action is necessary to get back the monies owed to us at the expense of Colorado Best Movers LLC and Tom Baca personally. Harry and Jeanne Adams
